Certificate IV in Training And Assessment (TAA40104)
Overview
The TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts. It is anticipated that students will complete this qualification over a 12 month period.

Modules have been designed to allow the individual needs and specific requests of your organisation to be met, while maintaining the requirements of a nationally accredited qualification.
Duration of Study
Students are required to be employed in their chosen field of study to enhance their ‘on-the-job’ learning. They need to be supervised by a qualified staff member and working a minimum of 21 hours per week. It is anticipated students will take 12 month to complete this qualification.
Cost
The full cost of this course is $1795. This certificate is not eligible for funding as a traineeship in NSW. It is possible to undertake this qualification under a Recognition of Prior Learning pathway at a reduced cost of $1500* if your candidate meets the requirements of the program. You will be able to discuss these options with your ICM consultant.
